As per new guideline of UGC announced in May 2011 every research scholar need to publish at least one research paper in referred journal before submission of Ph.D. thesis. A research scholar must plan in advance about write -up of research paper and identify suitable journal. A word of caution here, don't identify very popular international journal because review process takes usually one to three years. Any delay in research paper publication will result into delay of thesis submission and subsequently award of degree. There are several high quality Indian Scholarly Journal . Choose any one it , read the guideline for author carefully and publish your paper. Researcher should prepare at least two or three research paper with different topics from thesis and plan periodical publications.
